the strange loneliness of modern life,
and the small human moments we usually move past too quickly.
This isn’t a space built only for crisis.
It’s for the in-between too.
The moments before burnout.
The moments after survival mode.
The moments where you’re technically functioning, but internally asking, “is anyone else feeling this?”
(Yes. Probably all of us.)
Here, you’ll find reflections, observations, essays, notes, and conversations about emotional wellness, modern life, identity, growth, overwhelm, and what it means to be human in a world that rarely slows down long enough for us to process any of it.
